Jamf Sub-processors
Jamf may engage vendors to provide Product Offerings to our customers on our behalf. Where those vendors process Customer Content, and that content includes Personal Data, they are considered sub-processors.
Privacy updates
Updates to Jamf’s Privacy Notice
We are excited to share that we’ve updated our Privacy Notices to enhance transparency, improve readability, and reflect evolving privacy and AI requirements.
Our Privacy Policy has been revised to provide greater transparency regarding our use of AI-assisted tools within our Services, including technologies that may help record, transcribe, summarize, and analyze customer and sales interactions. We have also added information about our commitment to responsible AI practices, including compliance with applicable AI regulations and safeguards around automated decision-making.
Additionally, we have expanded our disclosures regarding advertising and marketing activities, including how we use certain technologies to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. We have also enhanced our children's privacy disclosures, and introduced information about our process for submitting and resolving privacy-related complaints.
We have also updated our Employee Privacy Notice to provide greater transparency regarding the personal information we collect, the reasons we process employee data, and how that information is used throughout the employment lifecycle.

This update takes effect June 25, 2026.
Sub-processor Changes
Jamf updated the sub-processors list for its Jamf Security Cloud product offerings. These changes included the removal of Google, LLC and T-Systems International GmbH as regional edge services. Additionally, Amazon Web Services, Inc will not longer be used for regional edge services in France, Italy, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, or Switzerland.
This update takes effect June 2, 2026.
Privacy updates
We’ve added Gainsight PX as a new sub-processor to support and improve our customer experience capabilities in our Jamf products. This update reflects our ongoing commitment to transparency and to ensuring our customers understand how and why we use trusted third-party partners to help deliver and enhance our services.
Gainsight PX will be used for product analytics that help us improve product feature awareness, identify areas for improvement, and continue delivering a reliable, secure, and user-focused experience. All processing performed by Gainsight PX will occur in accordance with our data protection obligations, including applicable privacy laws and contractual commitments.
We take data privacy seriously, and we carefully evaluate each of our sub-processors to ensure they meet Jamf’s high standards for security, confidentiality, and compliance.

Data Processing Agreements and locations
Data Processing Agreements serve to provide guarantees that adequate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect the transfer of personal data obtained from citizens within the European Union to the United States. More specifically, a Data Processing Agreement may be necessary for Jamf hosted customers (as data controller) that are subject to the GDPR.

GDPR
Safe and reliable
You are in charge! Jamf collects minimal client information which is needed for providing our services. You decide what data is being used, for example generic iPad names or the name of the users.
To make sure we are fully compliant with the GDPR, we have updated our Privacy Policies and Terms of Use. When you log in to Jamf products you can find all the information you need and agree to the Data Processing Agreement.
Our partners
Jamf partners with resellers and support providers in several countries. Jamf and its partners can not see any documents, pictures or in-app data of students within apps or on Apple devices. It is important to us to work with partners that share the same high values as we do, therefore we are always in touch with our partners to make sure GDPR is always of importance.
